Welcome to the Pioneer Crew Ergometer (Erg) Buyback Program! We understand the commitment and investment involved in supporting your athlete’s passion for rowing. That’s why we’ve introduced this program to make owning a personal rowing machine more accessible and hassle-free for our team members and their families.
How Does it Work?
To participate in our Erg Buyback Program, start by purchasing an approved erg machine for your athlete’s training needs. Once registered, your athlete can use the erg throughout their time with Pioneer Crew. When they no longer need it, we’ll buy it back from you.
Which Machines are Eligible for Buyback?
The following are a list of pre-approved ergs that are eligible for the program when purchased new:
- Concept2 RowErg (Pictured at right)
- Ergatta Rower
- ProForm 750R Rower
If you have questions regarding the make/model, please reach out prior to purchasing to ensure eligibility.
How Much Can I Receive Back?
The buyback rate is based on the number of years the erg has been owned. Here’s a general breakdown of the rates over time:
