March 16th, 2024, marks the start of a monumental event for Pioneer Crew: our 1st Annual Row-A-Thon! Root for Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor as our athletes embark on an extraordinary journey to row 1,000,000 meters, all in support of our upcoming season.
Rowing for a Cause
Picture this: rowing machines set up, determination in the air, and our athletes pushing themselves to reach an incredible goal. The Row-A-Thon isn’t just about fundraising; it’s about pushing boundaries and achieving something truly remarkable as a team.
A Million Meters and Beyond
Yes, you read that right – 1,000,000 meters! It’s an audacious goal, but with the dedication and spirit of our athletes, we know it’s possible. Every stroke taken on those erg machines brings us closer to our target and closer to a successful season ahead. Each athlete will complete their portion of the pledge on the rowing machine between Saturday, March 16th and Friday March 22nd.
Attendance Not Required
While our supporters won’t need to attend the event in person, their encouragement and generosity are what make this journey possible. Donations can be made virtually or in person, with all proceeds going directly to Pioneer Crew, our registered 503C non-profit organization. All donations are fully tax deductible!
How is the Money Used?
50% of each donation goes to offset the cost of the individual rower (that you identify with your donation) for the spring season.
50% of each donation goes to the equipment needs and long term development fund for the program

How do I Donate?
To donate, visit the donation page using the link below. You can click on the donation button to donate digitally, or you can print out the donation form if you would like to send a check by mail. Please make sure to add the name of the athlete you are donating for and include the word “ROW-A-THON” in the comment section so we can apply your donation accordingly.
