- Serves as the PRC Chairperson of the Board and liaison between parents, coaches, athletics, and Pioneer Athletic Department and Administration.
- Supports PRC Officers and permanent Committee Chairs.
- Organizes, schedules, and sets agendas for all meetings.
- Appoints committees.
- Initiate special meetings as needed.
Vice President | Rodriguez “Rico” Womble
- Provides backup assistance to the President as needed.
- Creates, maintains, and monitors sign ups.
- Acts as liaison to Committee Chairs to ensure volunteer and supply/needs are met.
- Coordinates Parent Buddies Program
- Connects experiences rowing family with novice family.
Treasurer(s) | Leida Soto
- Maintains PRC checking, loan, PayPal, and other various financial accounts.
- Manages finances of PRC which includes, payables and receivables.
- Records receipts and issues reimbursements.
- Signs off on all purchases and contractual agreements.
- Manages and oversees insurance.
- Manager amortization schedule of equipment.
- Prepares Treasurers Report for monthly Board Meeting.
- Works with PRC CPA to review financials and ensure tax compliance.
- Maintains 501(c)(3) status and License of Donation Solicitation.
Secretary | OPEN POSITION
- Records and distributes Board Meeting Minutes.
- Maintains all PRC records (Google Drive).
- Maintains Google Groups distributions lists.
Booster Club Liaison | Kate Schumacher
- Liaison between PRC and the PHS Booster Club.
Clothing Chairperson | Kate Schumacher

- Identifies product.
- Liaison with supplier.
- Open and closes order windows.
- Communicates with PRC Families.
Communications Chairperson | Kristen Loszewski

- Composes synapses of regatta highlights and results and provides to media outlets.
- Distributes published content links to PRC Families.
- Coordinators information for weekly newsletter.
- Edits content.

- Identifies individual to pull PRC Food Trailer.
- Maintains and replenishes all items housed in food trailer.

Food Chairperson | Joy Colquitt
- Purchases and coordinates food donation for all regattas.
- Coordinates storage and transportation of food to regatta sites.
- Works with parent volunteers to prepare food and beverages at regatta sites.
- Maintains the necessary organization to stay within the allocated budget for each regatta.
